"Kessler Plumbing has always been top notch from start to finish in their work. Whenever I have called the owner, Gregg, to describe my current problems and ask for an appointment, he has always been very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt in scheduling if he thinks the problem could be evaluated or addressed by a plumber. (Sometimes the problem sounds more like a septic or other problem to him, and he's always been right!) He also has always honored the Angie's List discount and even gave me an additional discount because I had 2 Rinnai units cleaned out at the same time. John came to do the work and was just excellent, as always. He calls when he's on his way, is very polite, very quick and thorough, and cleans up after the job. He also evaluated the shower for us, and was able to explain what the problem was and why the ceramic tiles needed repairing or replacing in order to fix the problem, which would necessitate us hiring a tiler. After John had finished and was leaving, he even came back up to the house to alert us that he had heard water running and gone over to investigate the source. He took me down the road a little bit from us to look at a metal pipe down in a ditch beside the road, spewing water everywhere. I was able to call our neighbor over and apparently our neighbor's well line had been inadvertently cut during a road renovation that day. John's quick identification of the problem prevented a huge number of other problems! John is just that thorough and nice."

"These guys were fantastic. A had a wobbly toilet that had awful odor coming from the base. They were able to narrow down problem to 1 of 2 things (wax seal or flange) and quoted a price based on their over the phone assessment. Sure enough it was the flange that had been improperly installed by builders. Although the scope of work was a little more because it was improperly installed they did not jack up price and they fixed it immediately. Not only did they fix the flange they replaced the wax rings and bolts. I really appreciate their attention to detail. They were careful to protect surrounding area and left every thing very clean. I will definitely use them again for plumbing issues."
