"Right before my warranty expired the bathtub I had refinished started peeling on the area in front of the tub. When I called to get it fixed the office that did the original job was redistricted and would not service me so there was some back and forth with the new location in my service area taking responsibility for the repair. They finally agreed to do the repair but never completed it. The area they fixed was patched but never repainted to match the rest of the tub so it now looks white in some area's but a dingy gray on the patched area and now my warranty has expired."

"TruGreen is one of the most unresponsive, unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with. They came out and only did a portion of the work I purchased but still wanted full payment for it. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. There are far better companies out there. I paid more for their promise that my yard would look better because of their system and concluded the season with a yard that has a number of dead spot and a very dull green in the fescued areas."
