They did an excellent job on the installation and were helpful in explaining how the system worked. They went over all the components that they installed. From what I can tell, they did a neat job. They had to break a window to vent to the outside. They didn't clean up the broken glass on the outside of the house, but it was probably just an oversight."

Their limits do not cover the cost of major repairs but it is still cheaper than paying the total myself. They are prompt to respond that they are working on my work order. The one problem I had that made me unhappy was when my microwave broke they offered very little to replace it.
