"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"We ordered the pad, they sent us a kit to create the template used to make the pad. Was easy to use and sent it back. A few weeks later the pad came and fit perfectly. I couldn't be more satisfied."

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

"Great! Joi has been cleaning my house for over 2 years now. She is wonderful and does a terrific job cleaning. Often,my house is a COMPLETE mess. An 8 year old, a 6 year old and a dog combined with both of us working full time makes for quite a mess some weeks. Joi is so patient with us and never takes issue with the mess...if I say something about it (for instance to apologize!) she just says "don't worry. that;s what you have me for." As a working mom, this means so much! She is also flexible about cleaning days. For instance, if one o fhte kids is sick, Joi is great about rescheduling for as soon as she can do within the week. I have her come every other week but wish I could afford every week as it is so lovely and tidy and clean when she has been here. Note: Joi usually takes August off to clean dorms at Ohio State, so you know enough in advance to figure out plan b for that month. Also she is trained as an internal decorator so if you want your place to be organized and arranged she can do that service too.

Greystone Interiors was a pleasure to work with from day one.  Pat came out to meet us to give us an estimate.  She was prompt and courteous.  We decided to work with Greystone because of their responsiveness and the fact that they help you as much as you need in the design and decision making process.  We had met with other contractors before that basically just tell you to go to the store and pick out what you want without any help or guidance.

We met with Pat at their showroom to select the cabinets and she met us at other stores before construction began to select the granite, backsplash, etc.  She was very helpful by guiding without being pushy about her opinions.

When the work began, the other owner Dale was on-site everyday of the construction until the job was almost completed.  All of the workers that came were courteous and trust-worthy and very respectful of our living space.  We were amazed at how quickly the job was progressing along the way.  We also were amazed at how well they cleaned up everyday after the day's work was completed.

At the end of the project, there were just a couple of small things that we asked to be touched up/repaired and they came promptly without question to complete the tasks. 

We love how beautifully the kitchen turned out and we are super happy with the overall experience, which you don't often hear when people are doing a kitchen remodel.

We definitely would call on Greystone again for any future home remodeling needs and we definitely would recommend them to our friends and family.

They were right on time when they were coming out, pleasant to chat with and sent a thank you card with a coupon after the job was done. I would not say I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work done by their shop, have not yet contacted them to talk about possibly redoing a few of the shades."

"I was curious about concrete countertops because I've started to see them more and more in high end restaurants and in the magazines. When I first called Jacob I wasn't sure what the cost would be or whether or not it would even work for us. Immediately, Jacob invited us to his shop so that we could see the work he was doing and get some real ideas regarding costs. The shop was clean and professional. The work was impressive and even a little intimidating. We spoke with Jacob directly and he was able to help us understand the costs, the process, and the time frame. Right there we were able to sketch out what we had wanted and talk about the desired outcome. It didn't take them long to fabricate our little job. It was installed within a week or two. In all, I couldn't be happier. Its always a conversation piece for guests when they come over (and its just a little bathroom vanity top)."
