"If you want the best looking patio on your block then CD & Son Concrete Inc is who you need to call! We just recently had them pour our back patio and add concrete onto our driveway. From getting the quote to getting the work completed, the communication was top notch and very professional. The owner Dean walked me through every step and even made sure to lay wood down to protect our lawn! Dean also has the best concrete stamper around Chris! It was worth every penny for them to get this completed. Our kids and family love it already so much! The pictures of the patio says it all and they don't even give it justice the work that was put into it! I want to add that others have added concrete onto their driveways in my neighborhood, but ours is the only one that matches our driveway perfectly in color and texture! "Sanders and Sons did an excellent job on our chimney repair. Tim was meticulous in his work and the finished product reflects that. Beyond that, his kindness and care while working in less than ideal conditions was stellar! Scaffolding had to be installed on decking and steps that our blind dog needed to use to get to the yard. Tim took extra time and used extra materials to make her a safe route out of the house. He is an absolutely lovely man to work with, and I recommend his company to anyone who needs masonry work."

"Brian and his crew returned to my building on a warranty followup- their previous work done wonders for my flooding problems, but my foundation walls are apparently made of swiss cheese and there was one small seepage problem remaining which only shows up during a "100 year rain event".  Brian indicated that they go for 100%, not 99% and scheduled time to come back out to my building to address the issue under the warranty (a.k.a. free of charge) from the original work.  They came back out, dug up the foundation again, and found a crack hidden behind an old hasty concrete patching job that had been tarred over, which was determined to be causing the remaining seepage.  They repaired the crack and were done with the whole task in only hours.  I am a repeat customer, and can't say enough good things about Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing solutions, they are friendly, helpful, and most of all, stand behind their work!

"Once we could get good weather for three day with not too much rain before doing the work it was clock work. Demolition on Tuesday and installation of foundation boards and leveling and tamping of foundation we were ready for the pour on Wednesday morning. Started pouring around 10:30 and had the pour complete a little after noon. His finishers work until about 4, put in the correct amount of joints both vertical and horizontal and applied a broom finish. Tony put on the seal coat on Wednesday afternoon and was back on Thursday morning with top soil to fill in the edges. Minimal disruption to yard was done. My original drive was 42 years old and I know that this will outlast the original because it was done correctly with proper joints. I highly recommend Tony and will use him again if and when my patio needs to be replaced. He install a curb on the back of the turn around at no additional cost as a safety precaution, something that I asked if could be done. Final cost was about $7.20 per sq foot. This included all demo work, demolition of old drive, hauling away of old concrete, additional sub gravel (10 yards), 4000psi concrete with fiber, proper jointing with broom finish (my request..he can do anything you want), seal coat and top soil fill. No litter, no debris and a great crew. Very pleased with the quality of work and Tony was great to work with. Did everything he said he would and more. Use Tony and you will get an excellent result,"

"Mike and Andrea Golish were wonderful and a joy to do business with.   Mike explained in detail what to expect during the process.  His crew came out and started work immediately.  It took 2 days to complete the job.   The patio is gorgeous - Mike and his crew did a great job of finishing off the colored patio - with a nice broom finish with smooth edges.  My decorative patio is a gem in my backyard.   I truly look forward to spending alot of time using this once unused backyard.   My neighbors were so impressed a few of them asked Mike to give them a quote.
