"We recently used Monk’s for a guest bathroom gut and re-do. We decided to go with them, as our neighbors used them for a master bathroom and were quite happy. We called them and they were immediately responsive, making an appointment to come over for an initial walk-through. From there they provided an extremely thorough and detailed estimate. Based on that, along with our neighbor’s review, we decided to use them. Well, we could not have been happier. Their communication was excellent and clear. Everything was documented. The amount of information provided to us was incredible. There was nothing left to the imagination. It was all extremely comprehensive and transparent. Any questions we had were answered immediately and clarified. There was also no problem if we wanted to buy some of the materials/fixtures ourselves (which we did).
