Not only did he have a great team of employee's show up on time, they had everything organized from ground prep, rock deliver, concrete delivery, and temporary fencing down to the minute. I was very impressed with the owners showing up to make sure that I as a home owner was happy with each step of the process and that every employee was very efficient and knew their area of expertise. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on a project you want done right. Just a note not only did the come in on budget, but the other companies I called did not have any where the game plans or explain the details of what to expect. "Because it was an outside job requiring good weather, it took a couple of weeks for David (Scroggins) to schedule my work (i.e. several periods of rain).  However, it wasn't an emergency repair and he did a great job of keeping me informed of his plans.  Our house is a large two-story home, so the repair required work at the top of a long extension ladder - something I don't do anymore!  Once he started the work, he completed it all in one day.  He worked quickly and efficiently, and the repair looks good.  Costs were $65 for materials and $200 for labor - his original estimate was $248 ($48 and $200), but the wood trim was slightly wider than expected.  On his own, David even cleaned out the leaves from my rain gutters since he was working above them anyway - even though he was not asked to do this!  David was very personable and I would hire him again for maintenance and repair items. <br />"

Some payments were requested early.There were some quality issues,though they either took care of them as requested or I was able to. Nothing major yet.I had to call them once about communication as to timeliness of completion,I was called back promptly.So all in all I would rate it a good experience."
