"This is a second time I hired Lazaro because he did a superb job on pavement. This time, a bit hesitating to call him because it's landscaping work rather than hardscaping. However they did a great job removing weeds, adding top soil and planting sod and bushes with mulch on front yard. On side yard, they removed weeds, added top soil and planted seeds. "Next Level did an excellent job resolving my standing water issue in my backyard. I felt comfortable for the first time in a very long time walking in the backyard without having to avoid mud, puddles of water, and mowing the lawn with confidence of not turning wet areas into a muddy mess. Next Level explained what were materials used and how the drainage system operates. Even after long periods of rain, Next Level was able to salvage the top layer of grass and was able to place it back after installation of the drainage system without me having to re-sod the yard. In doing so, saved me money, which is a blessing. After the work was over and a little TLC, it didn't take long for my lawn to recover. Next Level did an excellent job with the drainage system. "Was very happy with the work done by Kurt and his team. Our house is located on a large hill so this was not an easy job to remove the dirt and debris for existing retaining wall down two flights of stairs via wheelbarrow, and bringing the bricks for the new retaining wall up the hill. They were polite and professional, and left the area looking great and clean. They tore up the front yard a little bit where the wheelbarrow down the hill in the front yard, but it was probably unavoidable and they made sure to plant some new grass in those areas and it is growing back quickly. We are very happy with our new retaining wall. Would certainly use Kurt and his team again."

"I found Mt. Diablo very easy to work with and I felt that they worked hard to give me a good value. The stone walkway in the front looks much better than the previous walkway. They installed it very quickly and efficiently. The landscaping in the back was just a bit of mulching and a few shrubs but the yard looks more finished now. The big project was removing a cement slab in the back that was too small to be of use and dipped so that it puddled in front of the door during when it rained. The new patio looks tons better and is of a useful size. I think the patio is a tremendous improvement to the house. The crew worked very efficiently and if I had another similar job I would hire them back.

Ibi was super professional, arrived on time, produced a clear itemized bid, and got the work down exactly when it was scheduled. Excellent clean-up as well.
