Get matched with top natural slate roofing installers and replacers in Mount Vernon, VA

"It went fantastic. Dave, the salesperson, came right away. He was professional and friendly. Gave me the info about sizes (we chose the 14-inch), features (it has a solar nightlight which gives enough glow at night you don’t have to turn lights or have a nightlight on), prices, tax break, etc. Since they came highly recommended from our friends in Fairfax Station, VA, we hired them. We had to have permission from our HOA. They approved it with the proviso that the baffle would match the roof color. We got the RustOleoum paint can Dave and Al recommended in the shade of gray that matched our roof as required. Their two technicians came within a few days, Al spray painted the baffle and that was that. In about an hour and a half tops, they installed the skylight. I am SO happy we got this in our bathroom! It’s my favorite room now. No kidding. Wished we had done this sooner."

"Presidential Exteriors is a great company to do a roof replacement with! We had our roof replaced in early February 2021 and we couldn’t be happier. The whole team was amazing to work with. Nate worked closely with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy and getting the best product and prices possible. He really made us feel like family. Elena was great at communicating every step of the process. The day of installation team was amazing. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement. We will absolutely be keeping them on our list for any future projects with our house."

"Price was good. Roofing and gutter replacement completed on time. Good group to work with, I would definitely recommend - great job."

"Brian was great with communication. The team were professional and did a great job on my roof. I was very pleased with the outcome. The price was right!"

"Tomas M from JW did a great job. Needed replacement for part of the frame of front door. He did a fantastic job in matching the replacement panel to the rest of door. He also painted the entire frame and replaced some additional wood that we damaged at top of frame and caulked it all. Also had a basement door frame sanded and repainted. He was very good at keeping me informed of the process."

"The roofing crew headed by Romeo and the gutter crew headed by Carlos did an outstanding job. The roof and gutters were replaced on two separate days. Romeo and his crew arrived at 8:00 and were done b y 4:00 including cleanup. They left my property immaculate. Likewise Carlos and his crew arrived a 8:00 and were done by 3:00 installing new gutters, down spouts, and gutter covers. The price was competitive. I highly recommend Liberty Home Remodeling."

"Chevy Chase Remodeling did an exterior renovation for us, including replacing our roof and siding, painting our house, replacing a window, and adding a new screened-in porch and patio in our backyard. They took care of the design work as well as arranging all the subcontracting to perform the construction work. The owner, Steven, and all the subcontractors were friendly, easy to work with, and professional. It took a while, as we expected, but they worked overtime to complete on time the one part of the project we needed done by a certain date. And they did a great job overall--we are very pleased with the final results. The house looks totally remade and the porch and patio are just what we were hoping for. We recommend them!"

"Care Contracting responded to at least a dozen of my back-and-forth emails before I decided to use them for my sliding glass door project. They were super responsive and made me more than comfortable with choosing them over several other contractors. When the crew arrived, they were all wearing masks and worked very quickly to remove and replace my sliding glass door. The crew leader let me know what was happening so there was no guessing on my part as to what to expect. Not only will I use them again for future projects, I've already recommended Care to friends and family for similar projects. Lastly, A+ for how they handled the initial contactless measurement, as well as the installation during this pandemic."

"Great experience from start to finish! Professional, timely, and they did a great job cleaning up. Would highly recommend Modern to anyone who needs a new roof!"

"Excellent! Had the squirrels removed and whole roof replace"
