"Arrived on time. Looked over the job and gave estimates ranging from minimum required repairs to long term inspections with long term warranties. Prices were reasonable for the work required. Job was completed quickly and satisfactorily. Service people were friendly and explained what was required and how they were going to fix the problem. "I don't know if this is typical, but when I called, Mr. Cruse said that could be at my home in about an hour. (I had been expecting to have to make an appointment later in the week.) He showed up pretty much on time, was very friendly and professional, and promptly fixed up my slashed copper pipe. I would call All Pro again if I get myself into trouble on the next faucet replacement."
