I wouldn't recommend another company to do pavers, concrete, or landscaping work. The attention to detail was absolutely amazing! They transformed the front and the back of my home with beautiful pavers, hand cutting each piece and laying each one of them so symmetrically. I've had at least half a dozen neighbors stop in to see their work and ask for a business card! And the clean up...my goodness. Each day they wrapped up everything, put tools away, and keep everything so tidy and clean. I really appreciated that. No mud and dirt everywhere...it was incredible! During my consult, I shared my vision with Jose and his team created the design for the back patio, the walkway, and a new front porch. I trusted his expertise and wow - it is so beautiful. They understand your investment and they deliver quality materials, quality work, and a strong commitment to make customers happy. "Over eight months ago, Dominic was one of three estimates I received for asphalt paving of my driveway. His pricing was right in the middle, but what made me choose his company was Dominic himself. His professionalism, transparency, and honesty stood above the other companies. There was an immediate level of trust. On the day the work was scheduled, his team arrived on time, was respectful of the property, and completed the task within the time they estimated. No issues, no surprises. They did an outstanding job. Fast forward six months. I noticed the driveway was sinking, and I called Dominic to take a look. He came over to the house immediately and instantly saw that the Issue was not the asphalt, but potentially a sewer line. I brought in a plumbing firm who confirmed the issue, that the sewer line was collapsing and bringing down the dirt and asphalt above it. To make a long story, just a bit shorter, when I told Dominic what the situation was and the cost of the repair, he stepped right up and offered to re-pave the driveway at no cost. He said he understood how expensive that job was and he’d be happy to help out. You do not get that type of compassion and customer service these days. Dominic is a true believer in doing what is right for his customers and goes beyond the dollars and cents."

"Stephen and his crew were the lifeline we needed! We went through a horrible situation with pipes that bursted. Stephen quickly came over and provided a detailed plan to solve the issue. Drywall was removed, carpet torn out, mold testing and mold removal, reconstructed the wood around my basement door and new flooring installed. He was very detailed and concise about what needed to be done to ensure it wouldn’t happen again and did extensive work to be sure the mold was gone. Ryan, one of Stephens foremen, was over our house every day for two weeks. He was incredibly pleasant and did such a wonderful job! No detail left out. Everything looks remarkable! So grateful and for sure will be using this company again!"

"Excellent Results; The crew was very professional and they did an excellent job of cleaning up after the project. They demolished and removed both existing walkway from site; They furnished and installed reinforced concrete footing; They furnished and installed Pennsylvania flagstone for the porch and both walkways. The walkway steps that were constructed to address the considerable slope down to the back steps of the house were very well done and makes it a much more attractive and safer walkway. The porch and two walkways add signficantly to the curb appeal of our home. I would recommend Capitol Hardscapes to my friends and rate them A++."

"So like a number of other house, we had sinking front concrete steps. Our sizable front stairs had sunk about 6 inches and pull the attached walk with it. It got to the point we just had to have them replaced. I checked out various options for having them mud-jacked, but my concern was that that would not really fix the issue for the long term and they would just end up sinking again. After getting several bids we went with Tavis at Quality Concrete and Masonry. They weren't the cheapest bid but seemed the most trustworthy and had the best plan to make sure the problem did not re-occur. Tavis started on a Tuesday and was essentially work complete by Saturday. His work was very high quality. Because of the site, amount of concrete, etc. he used 1.5" rebar instead of the standard 0.5" rebar to tie the steps to the house. ( I've never even seen 1.5" rebar before.) Site was left clean each day and the final product exceeded our expectations."

"We used Flavio and Sons since good friends a few blocks away had used them for the exact same project and highly recommended them. It was nice that we were able to see their workmanship as well in person. The price was on the higher end for our budget, but we were ok with this given our friends' experience with them. The project took 5 full days to complete and we were very lucky that the weather cooperated as well given all the rain this year. Communication was mainly via email. I would highly recommend Flavio and we are also considering them for a rear walkway. <br />"
