"The technician that came was fine although he never gave his name. I felt his diagnosis of the problem was rather cursory but it was the price of his estimate that turned me off. He was quoting a price of nearly $300 just to replace the door gasket, a job I did myself for $80 in less than 30 minutes on the refrigerator side. Had I known this was the initial problem, I would have done it without putting in a call and throwing away $60 in service fees."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Bought the $58 diagnostic/repair deal from E Appliance.  Set up a date/time.  Office lady was helpful in that when I had to reschedule the date she did so with no problem.  Joseph came out (about 10 minutes after the scheduled window) and gave us an honest diagnostic: our oven is very old (50 years maybe?) and the needed parts are no longer available.  That's all we needed to hear because now we get to have it replaced by our home insurance!  Quick and tidy service.  Thanks!

"I called Les based on reports on Angie's list -- he came out within a few days (on time on agreed date) to see the various projects I had in mind for our 1936 house -- we discussed which he would be interested in doing and what order we would do them in. He generally charges by the hour, and we agreed to start with building wood shelves for three cupboards and repair of two drawers in the kitchen. Les returned on the agreed date, on time, with an impressive array of supplies and equipment. He worked quickly (makes the hourly rate a good deal!) and we were very pleased with the quality of his work. Next up, we have asked him to make a garden gate, install new sconces . . .the list could go on and on. I liked it that Les will tell you exactly what his skills are -- one potential project he turned down b/c he said that was not his specialty. He also likes old houses and knows a lot about them."
