"We hired Eric and his team, Timmy and Andrew, to build a huge deck with a small screened porch. They were absolutely awesome in every way! The project was completed in 2 weeks and the finished product not only looks beautiful, but it is solidly built. Eric made sure everything was done right to prevent any problems, like water intrusion, from happening (we have had water issues prior to his being here.) The representative who set this up came out, gave me a very good price and was very professional. They didn't take any money until the job was finished and we did a final walk thru. "Everything was going great at the start of the project with the demo of the old deck in March 2016. However the craftsmanship of the carpenter was not very good, boards were rough cut and the gaps between the deck boards were inconsistent. Luis then stained the deck as promised, however this was too early to stain and the deck boards start seeping sap. It was unusable, we asked him to repair which he did, and they did a great job of fixing and re-staining the deck boards."
