Only after contacting the corporate office, did the local franchise agree to provide the promised pivot door at no cost. The installed shower pan was not level and flexed under foot. They had to cut out the initial shower pan and replace it with a new shower pan. The window kit had to be installed numerous times before they were able to accomplish its installation in a way that looked professional. Even their own, Field Manager could not believe the poor job that was initially done. It ended up being the most painful experience of dealing with a company in my 73 years of life. If you hire them, you best get everything in writing because their word means nothing."
