"Service person found oil on the condensor coil and housing. He did give me a quote to fix it but, found it would only be a bandaid to the existing matter. He was going to send a person out to really check things out before we decide on what to do with this unit. Whether it would be worth fixing it or replacing the unit all together. <br />"
