"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"It went extremely well.  The work was started and completed on schedule.  It was done professionally and with care.  Proprietors, Zack and Bri were very pleasant to work with.  Its nice working and communicating directly with the owners.  Matt and his crew did a great job.  It was obvious they were skilled and had a methodical system for doing the work efficiently.  

There was one minor issue after the job was complete (things happen).  Zack came out to make sure the problem was corrected at his expense.  We were very pleased.

I would not hesitate to have them do work for us again.  I would highly recommend Sundown Exteriors to my friends, and anyone who needs a new roof.  (The metal roof looks GREAT and we feel is worth the extra cost.)

Dan painted my chimney surround and another chimney on the roof, to match the replacement vents, and replaced some fascia so that everything looks pulled together and tidy. The guys were professional and polite, Dan checked over everything when the job was completed to insure it was up to standard, and encouraged me to call him at any time if I have questions or concerns. I’m very pleased."

"We hired SAL to install new ceramic tile floors in our hall bath, master bath, & master hallway. They also put in new 3/4 cherry hardwood floors in my master bedroom. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
