"Overall we are pleased with the work, and Bob is good at what he does. We had several problem areas and it took a lot of work to resolve them all. Unfortunately, it took three visits spread over a month to get all of the work completed once it was started. It was difficult to find mutually workable times, and sometimes attempts to schedule were met with vague responses. The bigger issue is not the three visits, it was the waiting in between.
