Called and he said he would be out the next day. Four days later he showed up. I told him that I wanted an energy efficient water heater and that he seemed to carry a good line of rated heaters. He arrived with a unit that was at the max end of the scale, which I didn't see until he had already installed it. I was tired of heating water at the stove and bathing at the kitchen sink.

At first, we met with Ron that came over and met with us about the issues that we had with our water heater and with the bills that we currently pay for electric. Ron recommended us to replace the bulky old water heater and to install a tankless system that will supply hot water immediately and with the use of less gas. We liked that idea and we decided to go for this project. Ron came over to our house with his 2 people that basically took care of all the removal and the installation of the new system. "We used RighTime Home Services for our new thermostat installation and they were great from start to finish. We purchased a new thermostat but realized that we needed a C-wire for the thermostat to work. We had a C-Wire, however it did not have power because it was not connected, so we called RighTime. The Main office was so polite when we called and stated they could have someone out on the same day which was great. As soon as I finished speaking with the front office, Ian called and stated they would have the technician Trevor out to our house in 45 minutes. WOW fast service and we love it. Trevor was fantastic!!! We could not have asked for a better technician. He was so informative and explained everything and the price was fair for today's market. Trevor walk us through the installation and made sure that our air and heat worked before he left. It's hard to find great service and we are so pleased to have worked with RighTime Home Services and will be using them again in the near future."

"I had an accidental water leak. I've had the wet drywall removed and the pipes are exposed. (The leak was not from the pipes in the wall). King's Plumbing was the 2nd company that I saw from Angi's. Since the walls were open, I wanted them to take a look at the pipes, to assess the cause of the damaged floors, etc. Also, the mitigators from my insurance company said my shower caused some of the damage and needed to be torn out. Charles gave me a honest assessment of the problems. The 1st plumber told me that I should replace all of the exposed pipe. Charles told me that there was nothing wrong with the exposed pipe. He also told me what I thought was mold and why the mitigators wanted to demolish my shower was hot mop, NOT MOLD. I'm still dealing with my insurance company. I'm still in the re-dry walling process. I haven't needed the help of a plumber yet. But, I would use the service of King's Plumbing."
