"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. "Since this remodeling was the first remodeling that we decided to do after a long time since we did our last remodeling that required to hire a contractor to do it. The kitchen that we wanted to remodel, need to includes the cabinets, floors, island, counter tops, hardware, paint and lighting. We also wanted to do as many energy efficient features that will help us reducing the bills during time. Our search was for high quality and low quality and reputable construction companies that can service my area. Landmark construction energy crew was the great find that I was able to talk to and hire. First off their service was top notch. They were very responsive from the first meeting we had, patiently and really wanted to know what I’m trying to do in the kitchen. They were in touch with me during the whole work and made sure to provide me with updates regard anything that was complete and what will be next. What I liked most was that they were extremely detail-oriented. I very much appreciated that, especially given the Major scope of my project and plans. The end results were more than I expected. All the low voltage lightings, the special insulation that they used, the extra protection that they installed in the window that I have in the kitchen and more… All of this features improved the energy protection at the kitchen. They followed up with me the following day after all the final documents were signed off by me about the work in order to make sure that I was happy with the final results. I'm happy to mention that kitchen remodeling project was completed a little bit before the due date."

"I contacted R & R Remodeling because they were recommended to me through my church.  They came out to assess the situation promptly and gave me an estimate within just a few days.  The fee seemed reasonable to me, and this window was preventing further progress on our living room project, so we said yes.  They began work the next week.
I was very pleased with the work of Bill the framer who works with R & R Remodeling experts.  He got started a bit later in the morning than I was expecting, but that is the only thing that I have to say that is even slightly less than glowing.  Bill was very knowledgeable and professional throughout.  He was very thoughtful and concerned about getting the window weather sealed and making everything look as if this work never needed to be done in the first place.  He cleaned up after himself as he went along.  He had all the tools he needed for the job with him and worked steadily and efficiently until the job was done.  If only all builders could be like this.  This window is now perfectly installed in our living room wall and we can proceed with trimming it out and finishing our project.  Yay!"

"- Overall I was extremely pleased with the quality of work and Kerry's level of professionalism. He showed up on time for the initial work walk-thru and the work day. He was quite helpful, even during the initial walk through. I wanted a variety of contractor tasks done to prepare for my remodeling, and he brought all the equipment needed to do the tasks. When I was going over my remodeling plans, he really paid attention and offered many useful recommendations for me to get a bigger bang for my buck. Also for some of my plans, he offered nice design suggestions. For example, in my galley kitchen, instead of my idea of 4 recessed lights in a rectangle pattern, he suggested 3 lined up. I agreed, and when he cut the holes in the ceiling for the lighting with spacing he recommended, I could see this going to look fantastic with the galley kitchen configuration.
- Kerry has a great work ethic, and I was surprised how much he got done. He also did not take unnecessary shortcuts, and his work really shows this. For example, for the two new kitchen outlets installation,  he asked if he could remove the old counter top/back splash below where the new outlets were to be located, so that the wall integrity would stay whole as the wall was in good shape. End result - the wall area above the back splash edge where the new sockets were installed was indeed left in perfect shape when he was done.
- I would especially recommend him for remodeling work - his breadth of experience will save you time and money on your remodeling project, more so if this is your first remodeling project. Kerry has a very pleasant and helpful personality. He was very patient at answering my many remodeling questions (this is my first remodeling project), and made sure I understood the why of what things needed to be done in a certain way.

"MJ builder exceeded our expectations. While most builders are struggling with supply chain and labor issues MJ didn’t miss a step. They are reliable, efficient and professional. They recently remodeled our living room; removed existing gas fireplace, installed new energy efficient fireplace, refaced/repainted, addressed numerous electrical issues, and retitled cracked travertine tile. They did this in 3 days and cleaned during and after they concluded our project. We LOVE the outcome!
