"After 45 minutes I called Dave to learn the guys were on their way. When they arrived Jay and Oliver (I hope I have his name right) began immediately as I pointed out the things to be done. They were very professional and efficient. There was a lot of going in and out (work being done at the truck) and each time the shoe covers were put on and all traces of work at the truck were cleaned up.
