"Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."

"Robert was great, this was the second time I had used him. I bought my house brand new in 2003 and have had issues with the roof since. I called Robert and he promptly came out the same day. He knew who the original roofer was and knew I would have problems. The first time he came out, I had a leak where the gable met the roof, in the corner of the gable. It was missing some flashing and he caulked the area. I asked him to check the roof for other issues and he found that many of the vent pipe boots were the wrong size and showed me they had large gaps allowing water and snow to get in. He replaced all of the boots around the vent pipes that were a problem. Everything seemed to be fixed until we got a heavy down pour from a thunderstorm this summer and saw water coming down my siding, on my front porch. Again Robert came right out and fixed leaks, this time in the corners of the dormers. I pointed out that there was bare wood showing at the top of the dormers and so he put up flashing where it was missing. Again I had him inspect the roof and had him work on any area he felt would be an issues. His 2 workers fixed problem areas and were on the roof for about 2 hours. I felt his price was reasonable. All seems to be well now with the roof. Robert is very professional, he is prompt and he makes sure his crew understands what needs to be done before they begin work. He also knows many other contractors in town and can recommend their services too. I will definitely use him again, should the need arise (butt hope it doesn't). I do recommend him to others as well. <br />"

"when I was BBQing one evening I forgot to move the BBQ out away from the house. Well, as a result several pieces of our vinyl siding, melted. We removed the melted vinyl siding in order to repair it. Upon removing the siding we discovered that there was no insulation between the house & the siding. Our home had always been hard to heat or cool efficiently. So while the siding was removed we asked Tory to come over and look at it. My husband asked Tory about an insulation wrap he had read about. Tory felt we could benefit greatly and be more comfortable after the house was wrapped. We agreed and hired Dan & Tory for the job. What a project. Dan & Tory came over to begin the process: 1: Remove ALL vinyl siding from a two story home. 2: Reinstall all windows that were simply resting on surrounding framework. They could be removed with simply pushing on them. (This was discovered upon removal of vinyl siding.). 3: Wrap entire home with sheets of specialized insulation. 4: next came the fun part. Reinstall ALL the vinyl siding that was removed at the beginning of the job. Every day there were many tools & materials on the ground, but each evening everything was put away. The worksite was always clean. The tremendous job was completed timely and within budget. Both Tory and Dan came to my husband quickly to discuss any problems they encountered and resolved them efficiently.. <br />"
