"I guess I caught them on them on a bad day. 90% of the job was good, there was a couple of areas that to my view was just sloppy. Josh did come back twice to correct the areas of concern. He was mostly prompt and polite in answering my emails, though one day I stayed home because I was told he would show up, but did not, nor did he let me know he was held up. Clean up was so-so, they used an air blower, there was metal trimmings left on the deck, not good for the dogs. For me there was too much aggravation to hire them again."

The technician checked it out and the scheduler set up an appointment to do the repair. The technician removed the damaged section of siding and replaced it with a new piece. The fit is perfect and the dimensions of the replacement piece matched perfectly with the original siding. He painted the repaired section and now you can't see where the repair was done.
