The concern was a broken spring in the oven door after a loud cracking noise which caused the door to be very heavy to open and close right after. They had Bill out within hours of the call to take a look. Unfortunately due to the age of the Oven GE no longer was making replacement parts. I was impressed with the speed at which they were able to come out to take a look and I would definitely call them again for service. "After contacting 10+ roofers and I found that many of them either don't have the time or don't want to do a repair job. Those that did come tried to talk me into a whole new roof or didn't respond back with an estimate as promised. I contacted Home Squad and what a HUGE difference! Mia in the office set up the appointment and was a dream to speak with regarding questions before and after the job. On the day of our inspection Jerry called just prior to our appointed time to advise that he was about 30 minutes away from arriving. What consideration! Our inspection went great. He explained everything in detail that needed to be done to correct the problem and he even checked out the rest of the roof to make sure that nothing else was wrong.
