After giving me his expert advice, he installed a vinyl fence and a chain-link gate with white slates that are better than I expected. My family and I have been in our yard every day since the project was completed. It took about 4 days to complete and everything Chris said he would do he did. "We disclosed that there was mesh over the second floor gutters at the
time of setting up the appointment. After the cleaning, we called to
complain that the wire mesh over the gutters was lifted up in random
spots and not put back in place. The owner was argumentative about
whether we had previously disclosed the wire mesh. Someone was supposed
to have come out to remedy the situation, but we never noticed any
improvement in the appearance of the wire mesh. We decided it wasn't
worth the trouble of pursuing further.
This is the second time we have been less than satisfied with a Big Deal from Angie's List and we've learned our lesson.
