"We had our septic pump replaced and during the digging process an underground power cable was broken which killed power to the pump as well as our shed. The Septic company does not have an electrician. I called Top Flight Electric and Brent and Daniel were dispatched the same day. They dug 2 separate trenches to run pipe and wire; one to the septic pump and one to our shed. They then ran all the cables to breaker boxes, tied them all in and covered in the trenches. At the end of it all, everything was up and running, looking good and up to code! Brent and Daniel are an amazing team!"

"I hired top flight to install a transfer switch for my generator for backup power. The lead electrician on the job Kevin, was highly qualified and up for the task. He notified me of my options went over his preferences for my circumstances and I fully agreed with his advice. I also had a main breaker going bad which he discovered during the process of the install. So I had them come back and replace it at a later date as the breaker had to be ordered. I started to give four stars on value for the money but you can't put a price on peace of mind which is what I have now. I feel confident the job was done correctly and the next time a storm knocks out my power for 10 days I won't lose everything in my refrigerator and freezers plus I'll even have warm water for washing clothes etc. Very pleased with the whole team at top flight highly recommend. Everyone seems experienced and friendly and were more than willing to answer my questions and assured me they would be there for me in the future if needed."

"The service was excellent . The tech Dean was courteous, timely and kind. The installation was quick and much appreciated. I would highly recommend Bolt Electric for any household electrical service. I will certainly use them in the future."

"Very awesome inspection and information given on any electrical questions I ask about."

"Needed all my Cable TV wires redone (from under the carpet to inside attic and walls), also a couple of new outlets, even let me know about a gnawed wire in the attic... all fixed. Great job and great price!"

"Very upfront about the pricing ($59 diagnostic fee, applied to bill). Definitely not the cheapest, $430 to diagnose and repair two outlets but he did it on the same trip."

"I live in Prestancia (Palmer Ranch) and have hired vendors for over a decade, having served as President of our HOA (Mara Villa). Shock Doctors, owned by Allan Barchi, is exactly the kind of local “mom and pop” service vendor we should all support. When I needed a kitchen ceiling fan installed and all-new lighting added beneath my kitchen countertops, Allan provided excellent service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, dependable, and careful in my home. His pricing is very fair, especially considering the quality of his workmanship and the personal attention he provides. Hiring local businesses matters because these owners are our neighbors. They have a reputation to protect, operate with integrity, and take pride in being people we can trust. Allan is also a devoted family man who works hard to support his wife and young child, which makes his dedication to doing a great job even more admirable. I am grateful for the work Shock Doctors completed in my kitchen"
