"I was amazed at how great my whole experience was with Covenant Roofing! They showed up on Monday Morning did a complete tear off, replaced the plywood which was all soft due to many hurricanes and had the metal on and completed by the end of the day. I had never dealt with a roofing company before, so I did my homework and went with the company due to their high ratings across the board. It wasn't cheap, but that's not necessarily what I was looking for. Quality work with a company that has a history in the area, proven track record and a roof that comes with a guarantee. They hit all of my expectations and I couldn't be happier. I can again feel secure in my home without the worry of leaks. I appreciate the company and the team that did such a wonderful job and they will always receive my highest recommendation if anyone asks who did my roof. "Trust came out and installed my roof. The roof looks good and I think the price for the value was good. I had 2 issues, one was that here were a bunch of nails in the drain and when it rained, which was the next day, a bunch of nails were in my driveway, I called Trust and they sent someone right out to clean and re-magnet the area to ensure there was no more nails. The second issue was the crew accidentally drove a nail through the Freon line in my attic. The owner of the company called me and told me he wanted to be sure that I was 100% satisfied with the job. So he stopped by and resolved the issue. I want to be clear. This is the way that you handle business and I truly would whole heartily recommend this company as they do care about their customers and the roof does look fantastic."

"I paid for new windows. The crew put them in backwards (water drains facing inside the house). They had to come back out and rip all the windows out, put them in correctly, and recaulk (not new windows). Several window sills were busted, not repaired. All the double windows trim buckled. Then, the caulk started to shrink, 6 windows broke (no contact from debris), and 2 windows won't lock (they do not line up right). I contacted Long Home several months ago. They sent out a contractor who investigated the issues. He concluded the windows were handled too much, and they would be replaced under warranty. Christina in the office promised to replace the windows, but nothing has happened. BEWARE. "
