Master Carpenter, builder, remodeling, 37 years experience Phone rings locally by word of mouth as jobs have been completed all over county. I am good at what I do, it doesn't take just a minute to tell if someone is the real Mc coy in my line of work. And I am reasonable, dependable, honest and trustworthy.

"I think there work is good. I will not know for sure for a while I guess. The only problem is it took weeks for them to complete the job. In fairness, it did rain a more than normal amount during those weeks, but there were days of dry weather when I wondered why they don't come and do this small job. I wish them the best and everyone I talked to was professional, but I got frustrated."

"From the estimate we received to the finished product everything went smoothly and turned out exactly as I wanted. Would definitely recommend and use again."

"Sales rep was very knowledgeable. I asks for references in the area of my home of satisfied customers. Never heard back from him."

"Mr. Webb came out to do my estimate quickly after my initial request. I had some odd jobs around my house that I have been meaning to take care of. He charged me a flat, per day amount that I thought was very reasonable. I ordered the columns that needed to be replaced in front of my house and he told me that his crew would pick everything up from the store on the way over to do the work.
It was the easiest process I have ever experienced with a service provider. He told me when they would be out, which was about 2 weeks from my initial contact ? very quick, in my opinion.  I also didn't even need to be home since everything was outside that needed to be repaired.  When I got home from work everything was complete and looked so good.  I was also provided all of the receipts for anything they had to go out and buy to finish the job, which I really appreciated.  The only not positive thing for me is that I wish I would have had an idea of how long each job would take.  When I got home early that day to check the progress, they were already finished.  There were a couple other minimal things I could have had them do (replace two lighting fixtures outside) if I would have known the time for completion on the other jobs would not take a full day, since I was paying a per-day rate.  However, as I?ve said, the rate was very reasonable, so I wasn?t too worried about it.
Overall, it was a very positive experience.  I already know that I will use them again for a later project and have recommended them to others.

"I highly recommend Jackson Metal Works if you need a new roof. They did an outstanding job on mine and was very polite and professional."

"This company is owned and run by "old school" professional people who do what they say they will do. Everyone from the office staff to the crew that did the work to the owner Greg McBride were wonderful to work with. I wish I had know about them 4 years ago and I would have used them for everything in and around my home. I trust them and will use them in the future."

This guy knows the Job, and my wife very happy with the exterior designs he recommended. surprisingly he came back after few days to checked back if anything we need him to adjust or redo.
