"Did all I asked and even took some old patio furniture that I had. Very nice."

"I changed the front door color after he had already painted it. He repainted it without an additional charge. I kept adding painting projects. Heâ d give me a price and then include it. Moved deck furniture off area and back on. Inside he paint a walk in pantry beautifully and two doors. Of 4 bids, his was the least expensive. Heâ s my painter of choice in the future."

"Great work. He did some exterior siding work on my home. In and out quick and did a great job. Very professional."

"Excellent contractor, good service and price."

"I highly recommend Hamada Prestige 1 Fine Finishes and Painting LLC for the outstanding work they did on my home in Bend, Oregon. In February 2022, they did an amazing painting job, including custom stain and glaze finishes in my living room. They completely transformed my beams and posts, making them look absolutely beautiful, and my doors turned out fantastic as well. They also painted the entire house and left it looking stunning. What I appreciated most was how clean and organized they were throughout the entire process, along with the exceptional quality of their work. I was so happy with the results that I hired them again in December 2025 to update the look of my dining area. They transformed the previously dull colors on the soffits and beams using their unique technique, giving them a more classic and elegant style. Once again, the results exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend them and will absolutely use their services again in the future."

"We really enjoyed working with Pete - what a great guy! He and his crew did a wonderful job and we now have a fence that is superior to the last one, stronger and sturdier, solid. They worked in the snow and rain to meet the deadline. They cleaned up very well. If we don't do the staining treatment ourselves, we will definitely have them come back for that service. Thanks Pete. It was a pleasure!"

"I had exterior siding repair, general pressure washing of decks, and exterior painting done. The service was high quality and neighbors are asking for referrals. The gentlemen that worked on my house were timely, professional, friendly, and careful to protect my lawn/foliage around the house. They welcomed feedback from me and ensured to address my concerns about my paint choice and what areas to include in trim. The owner, Carlos, took time to give me his professional opinion about the best way to achieve my paint goals. Would definitely rehire for additional work!"

"Nikk, the contractor, pressure washed the house, scraped the wood of peeling and bubbling paint. caulked and applied 2 coats of premium paint on house and trim. In prepping he carefully masked window, was careful of my plants, and he was also careful of the neighbors vehicle sitting in driveway by protecting it with a tarp. We had rain during the painting which caused brief stops until weather cleared. Nikk brought in a crew to complete the job in a timely manner. A detail oriented person. He also cleaned my gutters including flushing downspouts for a reasonable price."

"I was a little nervous because the crew was painting in November, but they kept their word and did not paint in the rain. The project went great - the whole team was professional, skilled, respectful of my yard, and they went above and beyond my expectations. Every time I look at my house, I am so pleased with Eduardo and his amazing team!"

"For both houses, Ken has someone came to power wash the house.  The power wash guy did an OK job and miss some areas that I need to clean it myself.
Rental: Ken's crew came early in the morning and got to work quickly.  They caulked and painted the house in one day.  They also  scrape loose/peel paint then prime those bare wood.  They applied two coating of paint and the paint look nice and thick.  Overall a nice paint job and they cleanup well.
Primary: same comment as the rental + I got some tree branches that is touching the house siding/gutters.  I cut/trim what I can, but a few branches was way up high, Ken's crew was kind enough to cut those for me.  My two kids (7 & 10 yrs old) were so excited and were outside most of the time watching them work.  They ask Ken's crew (Scott) many questions and Scott was nice enough to explain things to them.  Nice and kind people to work with.
