"Great! Shane is very professional. He was able to get me a quote within a few days and explained the process thoroughly. We had to re-schedule because of the weather, but Shane got us on the schedule within the next week. He has been in touch with me via phone, text, and email throughout the process. "First, my phone call with Dave was very helpful as he instructed me how to close the garage door even though the opener was not working. Second, Matthow, the person who completed the work was outstanding. He arrived prior to the scheduled appointment and did everything he could to repair the existing opening system. As it was the computer component that failed, he was not able to complete the repair. Thus, he installed a new system. He was courteous, respectful, and explained what he as doing prior to doing it. "<strong> The name of the company says it all as on the day of service they could not have been beaten. Owner could not make it on the day work was to be perfomed so he did a drive-by and a walk-thru with one of his crew members a few days before job was to be done and showed him what needed to be accomplished.<br /> I was called the day before stating that they would be at my home the next morning, weather permitting, and they would call first. Well, they called me that morning saying that they would be at my house at a certain time, and they were. A crew of three (3) did the work to perfection. One up in the tree doing the cutting, one on the ground cutting pieces into smaller limbs and the third one hauling the pieces from my backyard to the the shredder on the street in front of home. When they had finished with all the heavy work, all of them cleaned up the yard down to the final leaf. After their work was completed, a knock on the door, a payment made and a shake of hands with all three was the end of a fantastic job performed by this company.<br /> The next evening I received a phone call from the owner asking if I was satisfied. "Our front door had been damaged by an attempted break-in for years and was getting progressively worse. We were pretty much unable to open it some days last winter. The salesperson that came out was friendly and well-informed. He went through all of our options and we decided on both a new front door and a new sliding glass door to the patio. The front door had many options that we went through which included the style of the door, the inside and outside colors and the style of the windows on either side of the door. He provided us with a quote which we accepted and he gave us what turned out to be a very accurate timeframe of when the doors would be installed. As we waited for the doors to be installed, Bee Window kept us apprised of where we were in the process and we worked out a couple areas in which there were questions. Installation day was scheduled and the installers arrived on time. It took a few hours for both doors to be installed. Before leaving, the installer guided me through opening and locking both doors and answered any questions that I had. They did a great job cleaning up the mess, both inside and outside of the house. The only negative I had with the entire process is that I felt that the price was a bit high. But after having the doors, and especially the new front door, I am more satisfied with this purchase than any other home improvement purchase I have made over the past 20+ years. The door is fantastic -- it closes properly and keeps the sound out and has zero gaps and looks absolutely beautiful."
