"Ronnie Barnes of LDS Renovations came out to Park Ridge on Saturday, Dec 12, examined a broken upper section of a double hung thermo pane window, gave us a detailed explanation of how the window could be fixed, how long it would take, and the cost for him to do the work. We called him later on Saturday and told him to proceed. Two days later, he called to tell us that the glass would be ready soon and that he could complete the repair on Friday, December 18. He and an assistant came out on December 18 as he promised and completed the repair. Not only did he do an excellent job but he also fixed a jam in the lower section of the window."

"I waited quite a while to do a review because with a sliding balcony door, you want to see how it holds up through the seasons and if there are problems, you want to see if those get resolved. First, there were no problems whatsoever over the past year that weâ ve had the new door. It slides beautifully, never sticks, seals well to keep out the cold (or keep in the cold in the case of AC). The glass has held up well, no mottling, and we got super strong screening on the screen section because of a squirrel / dog issue. The screening has also held up. We continue to be pleased with the door. At the time it was installed, it was done well. We were told exactly what to expect in terms of the wait for when it would arrive and our expectations were managed well. Everyone was friendly and professional and all has stood up. We never had to call them for any repairs or adjustments. I can now say it has all been five-star."
