"Fred and Sean were wonderful to work with. It was quick and easy to get an appointment and they were able to squeeze us in early since we were heading on vacation. Our other company could not get us on the schedule until July. Everyone at Advantage Pool was very friendly and professional. They came to do leak detection service on our pool which runs 250 dollars. They did a full inspection before they tested the lines and found we had a small leak in the equipment room which only cost 107 dollars to repair. They were honest and saved us money when they could have gotten more out of us. I will be using them from here on out for all of our pool needs. They were very knowledgable and able to answer all of my questions in detail. They also have an A+ rating on the BBB. <br />"

"The men came back the next day to complete the repairs to our well pump. They surveyed again what the problem was and communicated with us the whole time. Upon our permission they would complete that repair. We found this company to be very professional and the men were very accommodating and personable. They were here for most of the day and upon finishing the job they came to let us know they were leaving and that everything they tested worked . <br /> This company will get our business again in the future. I especially liked the fact that they were so up front about everything, from the time and a half fees to getting our permission before fixing or replacing any part. <br />"

"The technician was very nice and friendly and I believe did a great job but that is where the satisfaction ends. The price was outrageous. I was charged $433.76. I was told my washer needed two fill valves because one of them was leaking and while he was in there he might as well replace both. We have washer and dryer stackable units. I helped the technician take the dryer on and off the washer so he could fix the problem. When I signed for everything the receipt only had the total cost. there was no breakdown of the cost of the parts or the labor. After the gentleman left, I googled the cost of the parts and at most it would’ve been $80 with some website selling the parts for his low as $40 so that means I was charged anywhere from $250-$325 for labor. It took the gentleman 1.5 hours to fix and clean up. If he charged me for having to take the dryer off to me that should’ve been written off because I helped him. Live and learn. again I should’ve asked for a cost breakdown because there is no way I would’ve paid $300 for labor. Especially since I helped. I will more than likely not use this company again because I don’t appreciate the price gouging. Again the technician was great he’s only Charging me what the computer tells him and that’s the company’s fault not his."
