"I'm generally a hard grader but was very pleased with my experience and would not hesitate to hire again or recommend them. They were honest, thoughtful, explained everything in great detail and followed up and took responsibility when things weren't right initially. I called on a Saturday afternoon during high season and they were able to send out a tech in a few hours for their standard non-emergency charge (pleasantly surprised). Chris T, the tech was personable and responsible. After quickly identifying the issue (fill valve) he quickly made the repairs. Unfortunately after he left the toilet began to run intermitetly (once every 10-15 minutes for only a second or two). This was a new issue, but the toilet was still running. I called back to the office on Monday afternoon and scheduled a service call for Tuesday. Chris came back, identified the issue as a old/faulty flush valve. He also apologized for not doing further diagnostics on the original call. Before he did the work we agreed on the price for the part. I was not charged for him to come out, nor was I charged for his time. Just for the part. Changing out the flush valve is fairly involved including removing the entire tank from the toilet. To make a long story short we ended up needing a genuine Kohler part (more expensive) which he had to source. I was not charged for the difference in price. The bottom line was Chris / Next Plumbing were honest. They made things right at no charge to me. The whole operation from the reservation to the repair were very professional. I have had some bad experiences with other service providers and found Next Plumbing to be a refreshing change. Highly recommended."

"We have a well system for our house and we ran out of water. While not an expert, I checked the obvious possible causes and determined that there was a failure at the pump end. My wife was going crazy with no water and I had to get it fixed quickly. Being new to Cape Coral, I did not know who to call, so I called the home inspector who inspected our house when I purchased it. I had seen that he was very professional, knowledgeable and honest, so I trusted any referral that he might give. He referred me to Youngquist Brothers as being very good. I called them that morning and everything was fixed by that afternoon. The repairman, Daniel, came and started troubleshooting the problem, quickly confirming that there was a problem with a wiring short. He pulled the pump and pipe out and testing the wiring to see if it was just a wiring short and not the pump(which would have saved me some money). I liked it that he just didn't jump to saying the pump was bad (honesty). However the pump did turn out having an internal short. At that point he replaced the pump, 120 feet of pipe and wiring and thoroughly tested everything. He then took a look at my water conditioning system and addressed another issue that I had had, quickly fixing it also. My water system works perfectly now. I was very impressed with this company, from the quick dispatching to the excellent service that the repairman gave. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient (I was with him the whole time asking questions), but most of all, very honest. I am a do-it-yourself person and I liked the quality of work that he did. I now know where to call if I have anymore well/water system problems and who to refer my friends and neighbors to!"
