"Willet Construction and their employees could not have been more wonderful to work with. We worked with Deb Brown to help us come up with a design for the project, and Eric McMann was the construction manager on the job. From start to finish, they were very receptive to our needs and wants, and offered options - both creatively and financially - for the design we had in mind. Willet uses a program called Builder Trend, which allowed us to know what was going to be done and when it would be done, as well as providing me a way to contact them with any questions and concerns. <br /> Deb was very creative in the solution she created to address the support beam in the middle of the rec room. She designed a concept for a raised bar that looks fabulous and that is the envy of everyone who has seen it. She is delightful to work with, and I appreciated the thoroughness with which she addressed all the details of our project. <br /> Eric was on top of every aspect of the project and even apologized to me for having some of our items not properly covered when drywall was being installed, and he made sure they cleaned everything up. This was quite a contrast to our last remodeling experience (GoodeGuy Construction) where EVERYTHING in our house was covered with a quarter inch of dust and no attempt was made to cover things or clean it up after it was over. It is apparent that the folks at Willet care both about the quality of their work and their reputation in the community. <br /> The subcontractors they use were friendly and professional, as well. All the people who were in the house were exceedingly pleasant and cared about doing a superior job. <br /> I particularly like that Willet Construction warrantees its work for a year, and they will come back and fix things that may arise after the project is complete. <br /> The only and quot;complaintand quot; I had during the job was that we had quite a bit of woodwork stained and the fumes were quite overpowering one night. However, when I contacted them, Rick Willet immediately responded to my concern and the issue was taken care of immediately. That was the ONLY issue I had, and it really was a minor one. <br /> I would highly recommend Willet Construction to ANYONE who is considering having anything remodeled, and I know we will be calling them again...likely to fix some of the things that weren't done properly in our last remodel. Now that we have experienced this level of professionalism and quality, we won't settle for anything less. I would give them A+ across the board! <br />"
