He arrived as scheduled, even a bit early, and took time to do a walk through with us before he started the install to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted. Hunter was also extremely knowledgeable and was able to give great suggestions when we were trying to make decisions. "Jonathan responded to my inquiry within 24 hours.  Arrived for the appointment on time and reviewed the work to be done.  Provided a quote within 48 hours.  On the work day, he arrived on time.  I had changed my mind on the work to be done, and he didn't flinch.  He completed 50% of the work and was conscientious regarding clean-up.  We scheduled the remainder of the work to be completed about 5 days later.  He called the night before to inquire if he could send over his employee on the workday, scheduled.  I agreed.  The employee, Judd, arrived as scheduled and commenced work on removing and replacing the front entry door and its 2 sidelights.  The work was completed competently, and Jonathan arrived on-site to review the effort.  Judd was also conscientious about clean-up.  The bill was settled, and Judd left.  My wife found that the front door was a little difficult to lock with its dead bolt lock.  She called Jonathan, and he immediately responded and came to the house, and re-adjusted the lock to close effortlessly.  He also looked at the work completed on the fence gate and made some additional adjustments to ensure it closed and locked appropriately.  We found Jonathan to be a true professional and takes pride in his work.  We highly recommend him, and will use him again to work for us.

"This company cleaned my gutters and did an excellent job. They made some adjustments where needed to ensure I wouldn’t have any issues with proper drainage in the future. "The lower sections of wood siding at various locations of our home needed replacement due to water damage. We also had TVE add some gutters in a few locations. We experienced scheduling difficulties and incorrect ordering with TVE. No communication on when the gutters would be installed. They just showed up. Then they dropped the trailer and left for about 4 hours. Couldn't get a hold of anyone that knew what was going on. Then they finally showed up again. They did, however, do a good job of installation. Initially we were told the exterior siding replacement would be done at the same time as the gutter additions. This didn't happen. Then we were told the install would happen when they install the windows. This did not happen. After several texts and phone calls, we did not hear back from TVE on when this work would be scheduled. Then they just showed up unscheduled. The installer informed us that the wrong quantity of panels was ordered and he could not finish the job, so he didn't start and just left. We ended up cancelling the work on the siding and going with another contractor. Kelly at TVE's apologized and was very professional. He informed me that they were very busy and were having scheduling issues. In response to this situation, he offered to install one of the exterior doors we were having them replace for free. The gesture was much appreciated and I appreciated the way they handled the matter even though my wife and I were very frustrated with the lack of communication, mis-ordering of materials, and scheduling difficulties."

"The start date ended up getting delayed by about 10 days due to rainy weather. This was not Kimball's fault. There was a little aggravation caused by the office calling us and saying they were ready to start when they were not (poor communication with the crews in the field). This was not a big deal. Once the crew came they were very efficient and got the job done in 4 days. We are very  happy with the way our new roof looks. The crew did a great job with site clean up. So far, I have not found any dropped screws or nails, which is very important if you don't want a series of flat tires (been there, done that). I hope our new roof performs as expected for many years.

"Showed up on time for bid.  Had to ask for a diagram of house where new gutters would go to clarify how many feet I would be paying for.  I will be inspecting the gutters and gutter guards in the spring to see how well they worked.
