"Great customer service, quick appointment, very professional service techs, fixed my issues and even gave me tips on preventative measures for longevity of outdoor water faucets. Really appreciated service."

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"Tech was very nice and helpful. He gave some tips as far as getting the best use of our A/C and keeping our house cool without suggesting we replace with a new A/C. We had to pay after hours pricing because it was a weekend but since we work past 5 during the week we wouldn't be able to avoid the extra charge. Would definitely hire again. Our tech was fantastic."

"Mark was a true professional. We had many questions and he was very knowledgeable, personable and easy to talk to. He helped us find the best option for our home. Always arrived on time and was very responsive throughout the installation. He was very respectful of our time. As a military family we have had to be away from home for periods of time and he was able to adjust and work around our schedule and it was very appreciated. It was always very easy to reach him if we ever had any questions or concerns. I would recommend him to anyone who needs AC services."
