"Tony was great to deal with. He is very kind and knowledgable. His workers are professional, kind, skilled, and trustworthy. Our house had many leaks and cracks, which they patched up well and fixed just before the rain. They painted our house and it looks great! We also had them replace two entry doors. All of this was done right on schedule. The one thing I would look for next time is prepping the job site a little more before beginning so clean-up is easier. However, I addressed this with Tony and they cleaned up well. All said and done, my wife and I are very happy. I vouch for their abilities, and would hire them again. (The photo attached is a before and after of the paint job. We have since done landscaping. It looks finished and amazing now.)"

"They were very professional. Arrived on time and explained what they were going to do. They were very careful with my belongings and cleaned before and after installation. They were polite and very knowledgeable about the process and the end product was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company to anyone."

"I had a hot water pipe slab leak. My house is on a tensioned slab. It is a two story house. So my plumbing company, Guardian Plumbing, who I also highly recommend, rerouted the hot water pipe through the subfloor of my second story (not an uncommon repair, especially with tensioned slab). To perform this, the drywall of my house had to be cut out in multiple rooms in order to run the new piping from under my stairs to the source of the slab leak in the closet of my office. The result was that the drywall in my house became swiss cheese, multiple access holes cut out in five different rooms. I requested drywall specialists references from good friends in the industry, and from Guardian and other Dryworks. I contacted them all. In usual unprofessional style, every one of the references I contacted and explained to drywalling job to, had me send my contact information to them so that they could set up an appointment to survey the job. In every case, what occurred was NO CALL BACK, and me re-calling them and leaving messages to call me to no avail. I guess they all just want the easy jobs. At my wits end wondering how I was going to get my house repaired, I turned to HomeAdvisor and BST Construction. I called them and Gil Finley was at my house in less than two hours. He evaluated the damage, gave me an estimate and told me that his team would be on the job one week later and my house would be put back together so that you could not even tell that it had ever been violated so badly. And the work is complete and everything Gil promised happened exactly as he promised. Ryan is a final assembly Master. He stated that he had not done a job with so much drywall devistation before. But I challenge anyone to walk into my house and with me telling you the general areas of repair, to point out where exactly the work was done. That is professionalism and talent. I tipped Ryan well. And Gil and Ryan and BSM are now my BOYZ. I cannot wait for them to do custom tiling for me. Ryan says he is better at tiling than drywall repair. And when it comes to drywall repair, Ryan is one of the best. Know that drywall repair is all about matching textures. And knowing where the repairs were performed (10 gaping holes in 6 rooms) I cannot discern the old from the new. Am I pleased? I am ecstatic! My nightmare is over. The project from the start was traumatic and has caused me Blood, Sweat, and Tears. It is only fitting that BST was/is the cure to my strife. THANK YOU!!! I LOVE YOU GUYS! I am forever grateful. So when do I get my custom tile floor done !?! I am giddy and waiting in antici---pation. Your fan, Pat"

"Jayna arrived a few minutes early with all her supplies, and a friendly, out-going personality.  She set to work immediately, cleaning my floors and downstairs bath.    She moved furniture as needed, rolled up rugs to clean under them, and vacuumed, swept, mopped, and scrubbed vigorously.  She was very thorough and worked quickly, but did not rush the job.
She actually provided more than the 3 hours that I paid for, because she wanted to finish all the rooms.  We chatted from time to time, but she did not stop working.
I am very pleased by the quality of the cleaning, and the professionalism,  and would be happy to use this company (and Jayna) again.

"It started out in September 2015 under very negative circumstances because there was a separation from my husband who had done my first website and did all my online work. So, I was basically a "basket case". I had read the reviews on Angie's list a year ago and decided for this company, but didn't go ahead with anything. I anticipated lots of work. When I was finally forced to do this because of circumstances, all I could do was contact Samantha and tell her my situation. She was very compassionate and nice. She sent me a contract with a price of which the technical details I didn't understand and do not to this day. I paid her half the money in advance and prayed it would work out fine. I didn't have any energy to even think about the site as I was grieving and dealing with other problems. So, I was happy when I didn't hear from her for several months. (I am sure she would have done it sooner if I had contacted her, but I was busy trying to deal with everything else, house, garden, repairs, business, emotions). When she sent me a design, it was just about the right time for me to be able to look at it and get myself going for this task. So, from then on we worked in stages of her presenting her work and me telling her if I liked it or what changes I wanted. And then in between were long stretches of me working on the test site given to me. It gave me confidence that I could work on my own website quite easily. The longer it went, with me doing pictures of our products, putting in the prices and descriptions, the more satisfied I was. My old website stayed in place and active during the work because it took from September 2015 to January 2016 to finish. She noted that I am a perfectionist and I was probably taking the longest time of all customers to complete this task. So, I agreed to pay her monthly hosting fees for her test site and was happy we always found a way to work together. In the end, I am truly HAPPY, THRILLED and SATISFIED (despite long hours of work, often until 2 am, as I had to do this after my normal business work) about this new site. My husband had come back in the meantime, because I worked not only on my website but also on our marriage, so there is a DOUBLE HAPPY ENDING in this story and review, yeah!!!! Samantha and Brian kept all their promises and worked with me and my ideas down to some very tiny details. I am really grateful for her work and how she does it."

"We found Gary of Fireplace Technicians through a Google search. He was immediately responsive to our email inquiries and was able to come the next day. He showed up right on time and performed our install in the time he stated (1-2 hours) for the exact amount he quoted us in his email. He was professional, clean, and friendly. I would highly recommend Gary and his company.

FAQs for post construction clean up projects in Murrieta, CA

Plan on one hour of cleaning for every 100 to 200 square feet. That means a two-to-four-person crew will spend eight to 12 hours on a full-size home.

Your pro will walk the space first, size it up, and give you a more precise timeline to be sure every lofty ceiling, baseboard, and tight corner gets the same white-glove attention.

Cleaning fine dust after construction requires a combined approach of detailed dusting and high‐powered vacuuming. Begin by wiping high surfaces such as ceiling fans, walls, window sills, and countertops to eliminate deposited particles. Next, vacuum all floors, carpets, and hard surfaces and mop afterward to remove residual dust. Finally, clean HVAC returns, supply vents, and replace filters to ensure a completely dust‐free environment.

You’ll need safety gear and heavy-duty tools. At minimum, you should wear a respirator, eye protection, and work gloves. Then, bring in a HEPA-filter shop vac, wet mops, microfiber cloths, and a carpet shampooer to lift dust from every surface.

Pros also keep extra filters and trash bags on hand so they can swap them out mid-job and keep the cleanup running smoothly from start to finish.

Book your post-construction cleanup for one to two days after the last tool leaves the site. That 24- to 48-hour buffer lets dust settle so the crew can snag every speck in one visit.

Touch base with your contractor before you lock in a date; if their punch-list slips, you’ll want to shift the cleaning slot to avoid costly rescheduling and make sure the house is truly move-in ready.
