He walked me through the work, step by step and performed the repair beautifully (not a word I associate with plumbing). It was a difficult job taking several hours. Unlike most plumbers I've worked with in the past, he didn't try to overcharge or sell me on a whole house respipe. He's a lovely person who took our financial difficulties into consideration when we settled on a price. Excellent service. I will hire him for any future work."
