It was a simple fix (for a plumber, not a layman) and they let me know and charged a fair price. "Plumber that was sent said needed new valve. Came out with valve, so I thought, turns out it was actually a cartridge for the valve. Wanted to charge me for 3 hours labor. One hour was spent putting in 2 screws....Didn't fix the problem and expected to be paid 3 hours labor. This is a big rip-off. Also send apprentices to do the job. I believe in on job training, but i shouldn't be paying for it. They reduced the bill by $140, but still the problem is not resolved and I am out the time and money. I would suggest finding another plumbing company that doesn't try to run up the bill by wasting time and who know what they are doing."
