"Another great job completed by Holzer-Resnick This is the second job I contracted with this impressive company. This job involved replacing stucco board and cedar trim on the front of my house with Diamond Kote board and batten. A good experience from beginning to end: Bernie G: The Salesmen - Quoted a fair price. As with most big jobs, issues may arise. Bernie was responsive to all questions and concerns. He acquired all necessary materials and consulted with Diamond Kote when needed. Jason: Owner – You can assess the quality of an organization by how the employees are treated. Jason showed up on the job numerous times to check status, determine if the work crew needed anything and actually deliver needed supplies and materials. The work crew saw Jason as supportive, as did I. Mike B: Crew Lead – This is where the rubber meets the road. Mike has a great work ethic. He shows up on the job early and works steadily throughout the day. His outstanding workmanship and attention to detail resulted in a job he can be proud of. Damaged wood framing under the old stucco board was replaced and now the structure is solid again. All trim boards are straight and symmetrical both vertically and horizontally. There is a minimal number of seams. The front of the house looks great. Lou D: Laborer – Lou did fine job assisting Mike and performing some finishing work. He also ensured the work area was thoroughly cleaned and all debris was removed. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product."
