"Chad and his crew were absolutely amazing. From the first sales call, until the last nail of completion, I knew we could count on him. He had been referred, and we immediately felt comfortable with Chad, as he patiently explained the value in a significant undertaking - this roof will be there another 200 years, the quality is just that good! The work was on-time, professional, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up when they are done. We plan to use Metal Roofs Direct for other roofs when the time comes!"

"It was awesome. I spoke to Ryan as my sales person and he was, friendly, knowledgeable, and above all listened to my situation. I have who is medically fragile and needed to be out of the home during the work. However, it is difficult for her and us when she is out of the home and staying in a hotel because of her many medical needs. Ryan assured me he would do his best to get the job done as quickly as possible. I did get estimates from 3 contractors and Elite was very competitive with pricing and review on Angie's list and the BBB were better than the other two contractors. The day the work started they did sent extra crew members and finished tearing off and installing the roof in one day. They stayed until almost 9:30 cleaning up. These guys worked their tails off and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. The roof looks great and the workers were very pleasant and worked seamlessly to complete the job. Very hard working crew who seem to be complete professionals who do this kind of work all the time. The second day the hardi plank was installed and on the third day to gutters were installed and the entire job was finished before noon. The dumpster was removed and everything was cleaned up. Coincidentally, my daughter was in the hospital for 10 days and did not have to go to a hotel, but she returned home just hours after the work was completed. Zack was the coordinator of the project for my job and did a great job communicating with me on the progress of the jobs. Again thanks to Ryan, Zak and the crew for getting the work done so quickly. My roof, fascia and gutters look great."

"I had a great experience with Midwest Home Exteriors from start to finish! The owner, James, and the office staff were incredibly easy to work with during the entire process of getting a new roof and gutters. They worked closely with my insurance agent, the crews and I to make this process run very smoothly. The whole process was fast and hassle-free, and the finished roof and gutters look incredible. I highly recommend them to anyone needing quality work done on their home!"

"I saw their notice regarding free estimate for attic insulation at the  Home/Garden show.  I left my information and they contacted me about a week or two later.  We scheduled an appointment.   Jason came out and inspected everything, we discussed options and he gave me estimates for both.  I was going to be out of town for a while and he said he would extend the home show discount until after i got back.  I scheduled the installation with Tina - she checked back with me (both email and phone).   John and Nick showed up a little late on the install day, as their previous job ran longer than expected.  Both Nick and John were very professional and personable.  They explained what they were going to do and let me view the work in progress, as i was curious.  They answered all my questions and did a great job in cleanup - even vacuuming the grass :).   I am pleased with the work and am looking forward to the savings the added insulation will provide."

"Great quality service. Mike was very good explaining me all the details of roof replacement and what were my options. His crew was excellent, hard workers and did an amazing clean up job after. I am very happy with my choice for roof replacement and gutter guard install"

"I have requested couple of different quotes to replace the roof on my garage. I decided to go with Infinity Exteriors. Logan Rezash worked with me who gave me the best deal. He was very professional and easy to talk to and explained in full details what they will provide me with my project. The materials and the warranty on the project that works for my budget. They kept me informed of the status of the project from the start to the finish. Their team that worked on the job was very polite and fast. They did an excellent job. They cleaned the yard and twice doubled checked for any loose nails around the garage. If you have a project to be done, I would recommend Infinity for your project. Dragica Miladinovic"
