"Dave and the crew did an excellent job with the remodeling job! Highly recommend this crew and will be using them for further projects."

"Matt & KJ really exceeded all expectations when it came to our bathroom remodel. They cleaned up after themselves, arrived at the time they said they would and they even drove an hour out of the way to get us a new vanity and shower because it was damaged in shipping. It was our first time hiring out a job & we had a great first experience! Weâ ll be calling them for any future projects!"

"We recently completed a basement finishing project with Matrix and are happy with the final result. As with many large remodeling projects, we ran into a few issues along the way. A flooring material delivery delay pushed the project timeline back by a few weeks. The shower panel was scratched during plumbing installation and had to be replaced, and there were several electrical items shown on the plans that required follow-up visits to complete correctly. We didn't discover until after the drywall and painting were finished that the framing team had missed the wood backing specified in the plans for our TV mounts, which was never resolved. Despite these challenges, our site manager, Jim, was responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout the project. He was available when questions came up and helped address issues as they arose. While the project wasn't without hiccups, Matrix worked to resolve concerns, and we are enjoying our new basement."

"We haven't begun our project yet, but the service we've received so far has been excellent. Their is no pressure to do additional add ons and the selling point for us was that the whole project is managed and done in house- no outside contractors. They have made it easier to reach our goal with remodeling our kitchen by breaking the cost into smaller payments with no pressure to use credit. This is our plan and we are so excited to work with them."

"They remodeled my bathroom completely. They were very clean and tried to contain all the dust. Excellent outcome. Then hired for a garage construction and a kitchen addition and remodel. Also very happy with the outcome. So are my neighbors as two of them have hired RR too."

"Living in Cheboygan, Michigan, it can be hard to find a trustworthy contractor. We are so glad we found Community Construction through their website, CommConstruct.com. We ended up hiring them to completely remodel one of our bathrooms. We wanted to change from a standard bathroom with a tub and shower to a beautiful tiled walk-in shower, along with a new tiled floor and new vanity. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend them."

"Matrix Basement Solutions paired my husband and me with a skillful field foreman named Contonio (Rico) Hill. Rico provided excellent service. He made sure Matrix Basements met all of our needs with exceeding expectations. From start to finish, if we asked any questions during the way, Rico provided detailed answers and made sure our understanding was clear. As first-time homeowners, our experience with this company was a pleasant one. Rico made any doubts we had along the way vanish because his knowledge and expertise made us feel as if we made a great choice with using this company for our first significant project, our first home. If possible, I would highly recommend using this company and request Contonio (Rico) Hill as your foreman. He treats your home and project as if it was his home. Thank you, Matrix and Rico, for providing excellent customer service. We would recommend this company to anyone considering a significant renovation in their family home."

"Had the absolute privilege to work with Northern Light's Construction/Stephen. After getting quotes from several contractors in the Grand Rapids area not only was NLC more cost effective compared to the market but, was promised to be completed before a majority of them. In 3 months NLC did a complete remodel of our home. Stephens professionalism and, attention to details were flawless which resulted in great finished product that we are extremely happy with and, proud to call home. Couldn't recommend a better contractor then Stephen. 10/10, 5+ Stars, A++ Work and, 2 thumbs up!!!"
