"If you have a sidewalk, driveway, or cement around your pool tha has sank/become uneven VESTA is the only company you need. The complete circumference of cement around my pool had sagged down anywhere from 2-4 inches and now today, it's looks better than the day it was poured 10 yrs ago. The owner Bill Blake will come to your home a give you a free estimate to the penny with a computer print out drawing of the repairs to be done. The pricing is very affordable. Bill's wife Sydney (the real boss) keeps you in constant email contact advising you of every step in the process. The crew (David, Josh and Daniel) made me a very very happy 100% satisfied customer!"

"<p><br />On Fri. Morning we had no water and called Stella Pump.</p> <p>Stella Pump was extremely professional and helpful, even came out on Saturday to get us water.</p> <p>When called they first said check the Capacitor as that is most often the trouble and are inexpensive. We purchased a new capacitor and installed it but it did not fix the problem. We then called and made the appointment. </p> <p>When the pump was pulled a broken wire was found to be the problem and were told the pump was still working but was 13 years old. The service charge for pulling eh 240 foot deep pump, repairing the wire and reinstalling the pump would be 200 dollars which we felt was really reasonable. We made the decision to install a new pump for the original bid of 800 dollars rather than take a chance on an old pump and complete redo.</p> <p>It was very nice to do business with a company that would suggest a fix for free rather than making a service call to do the same thing.</p> <br />"

"Main line was cleaned out, roots were not bad. Charged $175 for that, which a little higher than I've paid in the past (typically $125-$135). He was not able to clear the bathroom drains at all due to the fact that they met in a T rather than a Y; the rooter would go down the tub and come up the sink and vice versa, rather than travelling down the common drain pipe. He said we'd need to call someone with either a micro- or even a nano-camera to see what was going on. I could tell he didn't like this outcome and wasn't used to not being able to fix something; I sympathized because I know it is a bad design that we've been dealing with for over 15 years. After he left, I filled the tub hoping that the weight of the water would eventually get through and went back to work. 6 hours later I came home and the water had not drained even a fraction of an inch; it was now totally clogged instead of just slow. Apparently the rooter, rather than clearing the T, had actually smeared gunk over the inside of the T, plugged it up completely. So I went to Home Depot and got some pure lye crystals. Then I plugged the bathroom sink and filled it with water (there is no overflow) to hold that end air and water tight, then removed the overflow plate on the tub and firmly shoved a rag inside of a Walmart bag into the overflow. Then I plunged the heck out of the tub drain until the water level started dropping. After all the water was gone from the tub, I release the sink which drained (did not come up in the tub, but it did gurgle). Then I did 3 treatments of the lye crystals according to the package directions, going from both the tub and sink ends, and now my tub is draining better than it has in years. The bad design is still there, and the real fix would be to jackhammer up the slab and replace at least the fitting if not the line itself, but the inside of that bathroom was just redone less than a year ago and we don't have the cash or inclination to tear up the floor right now. A plumber with a camera should be able to tell us exactly where the T fitting it which would be helpful. For now we are going to limp along by being fanatical about hair and other debris going down the tub and sink, and sending chemicals down periodically until we can tear up the floor and fix it right."

"Chad was on time which is always a good start. He quickly and efficiently installed a new faucet and water filter. While replacing the faucet he recognized that the P trap was rusted and leaking. He replaced that part and only charged me for the part. Chad was a true professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a skilled and honest plumber, and who doesn't? <br />"

"I had been noticing low water pressure for a while. Checked the pressure gauge and noticed the water pressure was at 20 lb. It should be between 40-60 lb. I shut off the water and replaced the gauge and pressure switch. This made no difference. Also noticed that the pump never shut off. Called Waterloo on Sunday and described my symptoms. He suggested that I had a leak between the pump and the house. He said he could come out that day and would charge me time and a half, or I could wait until Monday and pay the regular rate. Obviously I chose Monday. The well guy showed up on time, he and I discussed the situation, I told him everything I had noticed and done. He asked me to shut off the well's power, helped me move my wind mill and moved his truck into position and quickly started to pull the pump up. After about 60 feet of pipe he found the cracked pipe. Once he got the pump completely out of the well, checked the date on it and we discussed replacing it. It had been in place for 31 years, I decided to replace it while we had it up. He measured the water and well depth. He had a pump on the truck and expertly wired and assembled it and new pipe back into the well. He then verified the water pressure and adjusted the pressure switch, checked the air pressure in the tank. The whole process took about 2 hours, he was friendly and professional. He collected and disposed of all packing materials and used gear. All in all it was a good experience. I will recommend these guys to anyone who needs this kind of work. <br />"

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"The Inspector (Darrell) was GREAT! The home had issues!! I've had several home inspections before, but the inspectors seemed somewhat impersonal - not that they weren't courteous, they were. A&D is very knowledgeable and had a friendly sociable way of communicating explanations of what they found and if it was a repair or maintenance issue. If ever I need another home inspection, It will be A&D! Thanks A&D!!!"

FAQs for sump pump repair or replace projects in Mustang, OK

Sump pumps last about 10 years with proper maintenance and prompt repairs. Several factors can influence your sump pump’s lifespan, such as usage, environmental conditions, and installation. Premium sump pumps with heavy-duty motors and quality components tend to last longer than lower-cost models. Pedestal sump pumps usually last longer than submersible models since they’re not constantly exposed to water.

A basement French drain is a drainage system installed in basements or around a building’s foundation to redirect water and prevent flooding. This system features a trench with a perforated pipe that catches and transports water away. These systems can crack, freeze, or clog, potentially resulting in flooding or strain on your sump pump.

You can use a sump pump in your yard to minimize pooling water and landscape damage, but it’s best used in conjunction with other drainage systems. This can include French drains, trench drains, underground downspouts, and other equipment. Proper lawn care, such as soil aeration and native plants, also aids with drainage.
