"During the process of relacating for a new job, my home was inspected as part of the corporate relocation package. A variety of repairs were necessary in response to the home inspection report. After recieving 4 quotes in response to my home inspection report, I selected TruClean, and specifically Alex to manage all the work. Alex brought in 4 different sub-contracts to complete all the work. Some plumbing was replace in 2 bathroom sinks, and a garage faucet leak was repaired. That sub-contract found a leak in my furnace which I was able to have repaired to prevent future water damage. He also remediated some water stains in the garage and sealed the area around the faucet to prevent future damage to the dry wall. He also replaced one switch and a thermostat. Alex also organized an inspection of my electrical panel, and brought in a licensed electrician to install a new ground rod in response to that inspection. He also brought in another sub-contractor to repair a masonry retaining was that was sagging, and they also sealed some crack in stucco covering on my foundation. Another sub-contractor repairs a variety of cracks in the concrete of my frount porch and sidewalks. Alex organized all the work and made sure it was completed in a timely fashion and with quality workmanship. I am very pleaced with his services. I have hired him for a second smaller project in reponse to the FHA inspection of my property as part of the sale. I highly recommend his services."
