"I was very happy that he at least attempted to get my old outdated and non-functioning water softener working. Other places, like Martin's, wouldn't even try. When he finally came to the conclusion that it was beyond repair, he gave me several options for replacement, all of which were very reasonably priced. He carefully explained why I did not need the much much more expensive options pushed by Martin's. I appreciated his honesty. He did not seem like a typical salesman in that regard.
We arranged to have the new one installed the next week, and picked a specific time earlier in the morning to accommodate my work schedule. He even wrote the time down on his paper. The next week, he seemed to have forgotten about our arrangement, and showed up an hour and 15 minutes later than agreed. He called once to say he had to make some stops. When he realized about our arrangement, he apologized.
A few days after the installation, he called twice to ensure that we were happy with our new soft water.

Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."

Had we to do it over again we might have asked for a day or two to consider what we wanted done. The work was done very quickly, within three days fir the new flue. The office forgot to call to confirm the day and time they were coming back but since we were home it wasn't a problem and we were glad to have them there to complete the job. They were very clean and after they left you wouldn't know anyone had been there. Very friendly as well."
