"What stood out that I like is their product and price. They have a vast selection. Their customer service is jiffy. If they are not busy, the service is great. "Found Bob's service using Angie's List. Noticed the nice write-ups so decided to use him to repair our carpet. <br /> <br /> One of my cats sneaked into the master closet. The door got closed while she was inside. She panicked and clawed to get out. In her escape efforts, she pulled the carpet out of the tack strip and shredded the edges of the carpet. The repair was not something I could do myself. <br /> <br /> I contacted Bob, explaining the situation. Bob stated he did those sorts of repairs and scheduled an appointment. <br /> Bob was punctual and professional. He also provided some tips on helping to avoid this situation in the future.
