"Great! Mister Sparky was one of 4 contractors we used for proposals. Of the 4, only two provided electrical and natural gas service included in their estimate. We did not want the hassle of trying to find a plumber to do the gas connection. Mister Sparky provided excellent customer service. The only issue we had was trying to get them to give us an exact time for the first visit - they gave us a window of time - I hate that. I want a time when you are going to be here. But they got here close to the time they said they would be here. They put booties on their feet when they enter your house - appreciate that dirt is not going to be tracked on the floors and carpet. The brand they install is Briggs & Stratton. Our home is only 1500 sf, so we didn't need a really big unit. With their proposal, they also included a house surge protector - a costly item if done alone - to be installed while they had the electric panel apart. We received the estimate on Monday and they installed the unit the following Friday. We were without power longer than expected due to some scheduling and inspection issues, and Mister Sparky gave us some extra service to compensate. They went out of their way to make sure we were a happy customer. The generator unit itself is compact and sounds like a lawn mower when it runs. So, if we get a storm outtage - we're ready!"

"The technician's (Tim and Chaun) that did the installing of my HVAC were courteous and professional. Tim made sure everything was working to his satisfaction before he left and told us he would check back in a day or so to make sure it was functioning properly. My wife and myself very pleased. Got estimates from 3 electrical companies on Angie's List in December.  Ron Childers came to estimate my replacement panel and the grounding of the gas and cold water rods up to code. LED's bid was very reasonable and their warranty was for 3 years covering  labor and parts. One of the other company's price was the same; however, their warranty was for only 90 days.

Since I didn't have to work on Jan, 18, that date was chosen to complete the replacement . Gabe replaced my 1970s panel with a new GE panel - 100 amp - and updated the grounding work.  Job was completed in 5 hours. Very pleased with experience.
