"I cannot express the appreciation my wife and I have in having Chris as today's tech. He is the most personable, responsible and tech savvy man we have ever worked with. Before leaving, my wife expressed to him how for the last 4 yrs. our master bedroom was excessively hot. He took the time to get reading from each vent to find that they were reading 115 degrees. Evidently a real problem. He went back into the attic to find that there was a major breach in the AC Duct leading to the bedroom. No one but Chris took the time to see where the problem was. In fact, one tech from Swift 3 years ago told us to add a return to the bedroom, which would have cost over $500 and not solved the problem.
