"The male representatives from DaBella arrived in a timely manner. They were very efficient in their inspection of the roof. They found the roof solid and not in need of repair or replacement. They did however find some possible water damage where the gable siding met the house siding. The house had a history of leaking in this area so we were aware of the possible damage. We got a bid to replace the wood gables with a fiber cement product, similar to Hardiplank. They gave us a fair price on doing the gable work, and we signed up with DaBella to have this done. Caden and Drew, the representatives, were very personable. They didn't try to hard sell us on anything we didn't want. We appreciate them being straightforward and honest, as well as knowledgeable about the work needed, and the products that would be used."

"My experience was great.  Upon initial visit Rocket Construction performed a comprehensive inspection of the roof and attic noting all issues and work to be done.  We sat down and they explained in detail my options and costs for the new roof work.  They were very friendly, knowledgable and professional.  I was able to confidently choose the work to be done and roof style/materials from our conversation.  There was no pressure to "sell me up" on work I did not need (we were able to re-roof the house without stripping off the old roof which saved considerable money). A week later their work crew was at my house and completed the entire roof in one day.  The owners stopped by twice to check on the work and the cleanup afterwards was good.They even offer a visit after one year to inspect the roof and clean it of any accumulated moss and debris.

"Truly one of the most professional and hard-working contractors I have seen. They have been very thorough with the job, the preparation to paint on our old house that has been needing a new coat of paint for a long time has been extensive and most certainly not haphazard. There are so many different places where the wood has rotted out and they continue to take that all out and replace where needed like a professional job should be done. I have seen many contractors brush these types of things over due to the extra amount of work it takes, but that is not these guys. This company will make sure a job is done right! On a personal note, I also have a baby I need to put down for a nap each day, and they have been so understanding to work on the other side of the house and keep quiet until my baby wakes up. "I needed to have my roof replaced along with 5 skylights.  Mid Valley Building provided a very detailed bid and the price came in at least a few thousand dollars under any other bids I received, this included the price of new skylights. Not only did they provide Excellent service, but the installation was done with honesty, integrity and professionalism.  This company is family owned and displays wonderful ethics. They showed up on time with a great crew and completed the installation in two and a half days.  Not only were they prompt, but they made sure to leave the areas around the house cleaned up every day.  I chose Owens Corning Tru Def Duration Series roofing and was so very glad I did since I'm in a high wind and rain area.  They were very courteous and a pleasure to have around.  I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for honesty, integrity and professionalism in a contractor. "The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
