"Please learn from our mistake and do not work with Westward Renovation. We selected them to construct an addition on our home. After we signed the contract and provided the deposit, the problems began. After lots of big promises and regular communication, the calls dropped off and the fact that there was no method to the madness became clear. Once construction began, they started deviating from the engineering plans with out engineer or county approval, they skipped required inspections, and the quality of the work of the subcontractor they selected for framing was just awful. When we raised concerns we were told to "trust the process." After their negligence resulted in rain leaking into our existing home not once but twice! we gave them 2 weeks to fix the myriad of issues that had arisen by that point. 2 weeks later we terminated our contract, with most of the issues still unresolved. We're currently pursuing filing a complaint with the construction contrac"

It is our mission to provide excellent workmanship and complete customer satisfaction from start to completion of a project. In order to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, we take great care to work and communicate with every customer in a professional manner. Our reputation is based on service, safety, and quality, regardless of how large or small the job. In todays busy lifestyle and every day expenses we value both your time and ours and therefore we do not give free estimates. With over 35 years of professional remodeling, major structural repair, home building, handyman and general home maintenance and repair experience, we are here to meet and exceed all your decking, fencing install and repairs, general maintenance, home repair, painting, pressure washing desires and needs to make you home the house of your dreams. We also do lawn maintenance, house cleaning and much more. Ask about our senior and veteran discounts. Our basic cost for most all services except house keeping and lawn mowing is $300.00 that includes the first hour of labor, plus materials then there is an hourly rate per man per hour thereafter. "Clint and his team were getting ready to start a minor renovation project when we had to pivot due to our house "getting flooded" due to backed up inlets in the street. I called our insurance, and their recommended contractor did not even call me back, but Clint and his team immediately swung into action and helped with the remediation and correcting the issue (cleanup, flood cuts, structure dry out, replacement of damaged walls, floors, millwork, etc.). I met with my Landscaper to review some extensive exterior work (storm erosion cleanup, correct leaning retaining wall, replace eroded stone areas and damaged rip rapped channel) and he could not get to it, but Clint and his team were able to get a crew out there immediately to correct these issues also. I would highly recommend Clint and his team at Mid Tenn Trades. Their attention to detail is superb."
