"Awful from the 650 design fee to the workmanship . The beds are not dug deep enough showing the landscape cloth everywhere. One year later the plants have died and I am hiring someone to repair this mess . I would never have hired them at there crazy 19k price knowing the workmanship was so poor !! Aweful experience!!"

"Finished Basements Plus was wonderful from beginning to end! First, they came out quickly for an estimate. I had 4 estimates and theirs was by far the best. (2 of the estimates were more than $20K higher than for the exact same work). Beyond their fair pricing, the work was excellent. They started within 4 weeks. I have an old home, so plumbing and electric were not easy, But they handled it with ease. Tile work for the bar and shower are beautiful. Gorgeous cabinetry. Great carpet and flooring. Anytime I called Todd with a question, he immediately called me back and took care of any minor issue. Everyone on the crew was kind and respectful. It added so much to our home! "Complete kitchen remodel (cabinets, counters, sink/fixtures, adding electrical) and flooring replacement on 1st floor; new half bath vanity, top and faucet; outstanding customer support and attention to detail and quality by this team. They are customer-focused, adaptive, accommodating and professional. While there were delays as a major holiday approached, they did everything they could to complete this remodel to our satisfaction, on budget. There were also a few supply-chain issues but were handled fairly and the outcome was wonderful. Their showroom on the west side of Columbus is beautiful but their people (Roman, Diana, Daniel, Nazar, Igor and their team) and how we were treated also impressed us greatly. I really liked how they itemized each portion of the project where I could pick and choose portions I could do myself such as demolition and painting. This saved us several thousand dollars. I would not hesitate to use their services again."
