"We have used Triangle Home Repair & Painting for several projects. In the Fall, they installed new front railings and painted/sealed the back deck. We liked them so much we have used them for remodeling our kitchen, laundry room, and 1/2 bath. They respond quickly, show up when they say they will, are polite and considerate, and clean up after themselves perfectly. I took 1/2 a star off because some of the painting is a bit sloppy, but overall they have done a very good job for us and we will continue using them for additional projects. "I needed a complete overhaul of my front and backyard, both of which were filled with too-mature plants and weeds galore. The front yard between the circular driveway and the street contained a very large hodgepodge "garden" which may have been lovingly tended to by previous owners, but was neglected and overgrown. The backyard had an unusable slope, uneven ground and a ton of weeds and random plants. Randy gave me a reasonable quote to tear everything out, level the backyard and install a retaining wall, and sod both the front and back yards. Unfortunately, rain delayed our start by several weeks, but once it was clear enough to start, Randy and his crew jumped right in clearing everything out with a Bobcat and digging out the huge bushes in the front. In a matter of a few days, the retaining wall in the backyard was built and the yard was leveled and graded for optimum drainage. The sod arrived a day or two later and I had a brand new yard! In a matter of a week, the landscaping in the front and back of my 1/3 acre lot was completely overhauled and it looks AMAZING. Neighbors are constantly stopping to comment on how incredible it looks. I was very impressed with Randy's punctuality and professionalism through the whole project, and he even provided documentation for me to submit for HOA approval of the project before starting. He's a great, honest guy, and his crew works really hard and they do a great job. I highly recommend Alliance Landscaping for a large project like mine."
